Catholic Charities, Diocese of Gary was established in 1937 as an organized response by the Church to meet human needs in Northwest Indiana. Eleven (11) diverse programs help youth, families, individuals, and seniors function with human dignity.
Counseling, crisis pregnancy, marriage preparation, support groups, senior companions, financial assistance, youth education, and volunteerism are a few of the many ways Catholic Charities helps people in need.
