At least one Registration Book was mailed to each parish/cluster at addresses we have on the most current YM mailing list. You can also download most of that mailing here: > Registration Book for Group Leaders - includes complete registration info, dates, and all forms > Form P - ALL participants- youth AND adult- must complete this form > Diocesan Activity Release Form - Youth only

CYX Registration is by GROUP only. Individual registrations are not allowed. See your parish's youth leader about attending CYX!

If your parish IS attending CYX, follow your group leader's instructions on collecting information, money, etc.!
