The Diocese of Gary Office of Ecumenism and the parishioners of Holy Angels Cathedral in Gary invite you to assist them in a Neighborhood Clean-up on Saturday, May 10th. The clean-up will be in the blocks around the Cathedral. We will be joined by members of the Muslim Community in this truly interreligious effort!

This social justice project is a way for suburban Catholics to join in solidarity with urban Catholics, and make the community near our diocesan home- the Cathedral- a little nicer!

The clean-up takes place May 10th, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. (Rain date is May 17.)
Cleanup begins at the Gary Muslim Center, 1473 W. 15th Ave. (directions)

Young Adult Catholics, we need you!
The Diocese of Gary Office for Young Adults is organizing a group to assist this effort. We will spend a few hours assisting our brothers and sisters, then you are invited to hang out afterward at the Gary Bennigan’s at the Railcats’ ballpark “The Steelyard” for social time (with some appetizers on the house)!*
